how to diagnose the cause of bleeding from penis?
you need to do those tests
CBC, ESR, CRP, Urine analysis , semen analysis , abdominal X ray, abdominal ultrasound
What to do?
you need to do the previous tests and after this you can take course of antibiotic just in case you have infection. I recommend to take ciprofloxacine 500 twice a day for a week.
but the final treatment will be after tests
