Hi,im 28!yr old ,living together with wife 2.5 year,still not yet conceived,sperm analysis done,all normal with good count but motility is low,23 percentage,taken 6 months fertisure tablet,also taken L carnitine 3 month
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Last 6 month i taken tab fertisure,before that i was taken L carnitine
ULTRASOUND SCROTUM DONE NO VARICOCELE

How to increase chance of have child?
Well It seems to me that you already did every thing and still no resutls. I think you should search for other causes like you have something wrong like you are too worried to have child. or that your wife has a problem. You should continue taking your meds and repeat tests at the same time you should consult a doctor to examine your wife and to make sure that she is okay. Also I recommend to take vitamines and to do urine analysis. your wife miight has something abnormal that prevent conceiving. I would recommend to do ultrasound to uterus and ovaris and to do FSH, LH, estrogen. Also You need to stopp being worried as this is a negative factor that affect your ability to have good intercourse. Last thing is that you should practice intercourse more than once a day during ovulation days of your wife.
