Welcome! How can I help with your medical question? hello doctor I'm 32 yrs old and I have a problem about my period I notice it going abnormal since 2 to 3 months already.. My period will last up to 2 to 3 weeks nd nd I always have spoting even I finish my periods and wen we finish sex with my husband.. I'm thinking also it's because of my IUD cause I'm using IUD do u think it's normal because I have IUD? pls. . Help me what to do.. Thank you and God bless you Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking? Yes I've seen doctor nd he give me deflon Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know? But just 1week wen my period finish nd now I have spoting again

- spotting or longer periods are one of  copper IUD complications , and irrgular bleeding is one of  hormonal IUD complications
- we strongly advise you to visit your gynecologist to do a full medical follow up for your case .

other causes for your symptoms :


1. infections 
2. internal injury 
3. ovarian cyct 
4. abnormal growth in uterus
