Regular menses is coming every 28 days regularly and there are many problems related to menses. Evaluation and treatment of like condition is by the following

• The commonest cause of like condition is pregnancy thus pregnancy test is the first test you have to do if you are married.
• There are many investigations you have to do to determine the precise cause or absent menses like prolactin level test, thyroid function tests and CBC
• Abdominal or vaginal US is needed to determine anatomical causes of absent menses like fibroids or ovarian problems like cysts.
• If there is no identifiable cause of absent menses, you can take oral pills or regular your menses by your doctor.
