Treatment of back pain:
According to your complain, you can use the following treatment:- Cataflam 50 mg twice daily
- Celecoxib 200 mg once daily
- Relaxon tablet twice daily
- Prednoisone 5 mg once daily
- Dicolofene gel twice daily
- Vitamin B complex ( IM injections ) every two days
And you have to:
- Get rest
- Avoid prolonged standing or sitting
- Avoid lifting heavy objects
Causes of back pain:
There are many possible causes of such pain as:- Severe muscle spasm
- Lumbar disc
Symptoms of back pain:
- Localized back pain
- Pain radiation to sides
- Thigh pain
- Calf pain
- Foot pain
- Lower extremity numbness and parasthesia
