i have multiple ulcerations on my vagina im suspecting to have herpes
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
not yet im taking flagyl and paracetamol and corticosteroids but still the ulcerations are there
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
im not sure if this is herpes or just a friction rub ulceration due to rough sex because it appear immediately after intercourse but i also developed ulcer on the my palete

- they disappear after good immune system kill it .
- it takes around one week .
- there are some antiviral medication that can inhibit virus replication .
- acyclovir cream can be used .
- pain killler gell an tablet can be used also .
Diagnosis of herpes simplex :
it is cinical diagnosis .- appearance of lesion in the vulva and mouth after sexaul relationship is suggestive .
Symptoms of herpis simplex :
- after sexaul relationship .
- vesicles appear that are ruptured
- painfull ulcers are formed .
