Hello,
Dear customer

Regarding what you mentioned

, the celiac disease could be associated with autoimmune thyroid disorders such as autoimmune thyroiditis or Grave's disease.

What is the normal level of the TSH and what is the explanation of your result ?

The normal level of TSH or thyroid stimulating hormone ranges from 0.4 to 4 mIU/L, so the result of your test which was 4.4 mIU/L , this could be slightly above the normal range, which may mean that the patient could have underactive thyroid gland.

What should you do in this case ?

we recommend that you visit your endocrinologist  doctor  or the internist doctor so that the doctor could do a full clinical evaluation of your case determine  the exact cause, then he will treat it accordingly.
Stay well.
