Hello.am Mrs blandine.i have a 24dys. Cycle.really trying to conceive want to know exactly when is my ovulation and positions required during sex
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I am not taking any meds
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
My last echo graph was 6 months ago and the gyn said I had a good uterus no pb

Basal body temperature monitoring as there is slight fall in basal temperature followed by sharp rise by ovulation
Menstrual charting, if you have a regular cycle you will probably ovulate 14 days before cycle
Ovulation kit to measure LH hormone, which increases at day 14 of cycle
Cervical mucosa changes
Heightened sense of smell
Breast tenderness
Mild pelvic or abdominal pain
Light spotting
Libido changes
Changes in cervix
There is no specific position, but regular sexual intercourse with the right preparations is most important thing
