Causes of white in front of penis:
According to your description, this is mostly due to fungal infection.Other possible cause is eczema.
Treatment of white in front of penis:
You can use the following treatment:- Flagyl 500 mg three times daily
- Fluconazole 50 mg once daily
- Miconazole cream twice daily.
Symptoms of fungal infection:
- White patches
- Itching
- Pain
- Redness
- Swelling
- Bad odour
