Hello. I have a sinus dripping (green mucas), coughing (bad at night), losing voice, and chest pressure for about 2 weeks. What department should I go to in Doha clinic, and at what time?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Not this year. In the fall of 2016. I have been taking Tylenol sinus and cold to sleep... To stop coughing

- it depends on the cause .
- if is bacterial antibiotic with azithromycin 500 mg one capsule daily for three days .
- if it is viral ,warm fliud and analgesic is recommended .
diagnosis of URTI :
- it is clinical diagnosis .
- CBC to rule out bacterial infection .
- CXR to rule out lung cause .
- sinus aspirate cuture .
symptoms of URTI :
- fever
- cough ,it can be dry or productive
- dyspnea
- headache
- sinus pressure .
