Hello, I am a 63 years old man with a right supraclavicular mass presented for 3 months on CT scan with contrast , it showed of size 3.2 & 2.4 cm, and I've no other findings on Thoracic CT and chest X-ray, at first it was suspected to be a lymph node but I did an ultrasound which showed it as a neoplastik mass of neorgenic origin of size 2.3*1.6 cm, I've right shoulder pain and no other symptoms. I also have weight loss for the past 3-5 years because I've dental problems and also I'm a heavy smoker. I'd like to know your opinion please
