take metronidazole 500 three times a day for a week
take vagiinal gynedktazol supp one supp every day for 5 days
use myconidazol cream daily for a week
by using a pad to relieve bleeding and after this you can use OCPs to stop bleeding and control hormones and if bleeding last use hexacabron pills and consult a gynecoosist to assess your condition
