What is the cause of bad odor of the young girl?

If she is taking care of her hygien then I think that you need to consult a doctor to assess her condition. Also I recommend to do CBC, ESR, and dental examination also to do AST, ALT, and urine and stool analysis.

this might be due to dental infection, or vaginal infection or urine infection, the other possibility is that your girl induce vomiting to lose weight this lead to loss of weight rapidly and there are two kinds of this disease anorexia nervosa or bollemia nervosa.
some girls at this age induce vomiting on purpose just to have good body shape. This lead to bad odor come from thier oral cavity. You need to consult sychiatrist to assess if this possibility is true or not.
