Why blood pressure is 120/80?
this might be due to measurment error or this might be right! and this actually is the normal blood pressure that you should have no more! You think this is low however it is not low it is good to have normal range of blood pressure. In general I recommend to remeasure your blood pressure again and to do this twice for a week.
What are the complication of uncontrolled hypretension?
you will have more risk of having heart diseases like myocardial infarction or hear failure also you will have more risk of having CVA or brain stroke so you need to manage your high blood pressure and never to let it without treatment.
I recommend to see your doctor and to observe your blood pressure for a week by measuring it twice every day.
