Tests for Pregnancy diagnosis
Firstly , You shoud do the tests after your expected period date . which include the following tests- HCG in Urine , It is positive in 90% of the cases after the first days of your expected period
- If the test is negative , REPEAT it after 3 days
- HCG in blood
