Welcome! How can I help with your medical question?
I had bad constipation today so I took germoloid triple action suppositories. Then after dinner I took Saw Palmetto Capsule 300mg with dinner. After one hour I took Agiolax one teaspoon which contains Senna. Now I have to take Mirtazipine for sleep. Will it interact with Saw Palmetto 300 mg which I took 2 hours back and Senna which I took one hour after Saw Palmetto?
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I am taking Mirtazipine every night for sleep and tonite I also took Saw Palmetto 300mg which I normally take at lunch time and 150Mg. I also took Agiolax which contains senna for my constipation tonite
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I have Ibs from long time but usually ibs-d and rarely constipstion

I need to know if it’s safe to take Saw Palmetto Capsule 300mg followed by Agiolax Containing Senna followed by Mirtazipine 2 hours later?

Is it safe to take all these medications?
There is no problem in taking all these medications as they are not related to each other.Treatment of constiaption:
According to your question, we can not say that you are sufferring from constipation from one day only.Constiaption is defined as the inability to pass stools for at least three days.
You can use any of the following treatments:
- Glycerine suppository
- or Avelac
And you have to:
- do some exercises
- Drink good amount of fluids
Symptoms of constipation:
- Inability to pass stool for at least three stools
- Hard stool
- Abdominal distension
- Abdominal pain
- Gases
Causes of constipation:
There are many possible causes of constipation as:- Irritabel bowel syndrome
- Diet habit
- Anal fissure
- Hemorroid
- bowel obstruction
- Diabetes
- Hypothyroidism
- Hyperparathyroidism
- Tumors...etc
