How to increase penile size ?
Penis enlargement exercises consist of a series of massages and stretches that naturally promote penis growth. They are performed with the hands (by making the sign of OK with the fingers) and using a lubricant on the penis. It is advisable to practice them at least 3 times a week to obtain results. Jelqing exercises /
Jelqing exercises have been in use for a long time. They serve to enlarge the penis. If you want to make it grow naturally is a basic part of the routine. Exercises consist of "milking" the penis without becoming totally erect.
With jelqing exercises to enlarge the penis, what is done is to increase blood flow in a semi erect state, bringing blood to all parts of the penis, causing it to flow, enlarging the tissues, and enlarging the entire penis.
Doing these exercises on a daily basis (day in and day out) will help you to enlarge your penis naturally. To do the exercise correctly, you must place a towel soaked in hot water on your penis. Hold the towel around your penis for two or three minutes. Because of the heat your penis will become half erect.
You can apply a little oil or lubricant to your fingertips. You have to make the sign of OK with your fingers to grasp your penis and squeeze your penis from the bottom up. You can repeat the exercise 100 times in two minutes.
After doing so for several days you will begin to see how the size of your penis increases. There is no penis enlargement plan that does not have this type of exercise.
The inches or centimetres gained from jelqing are permanent for all types of penis, even after you stop exercising.
It is important to do the exercises correctly, and with enough lubricant. Despite the different types of jelqing there are, in my research I have discovered that wet jelqing and dry jelqing are the most effective.
Kegel Exercises/
Exercises with the PC muscle are effective in increasing the length and girth of the penis. Kegel exercises are also the ones that work for complete ejaculation control. With this type of exercise your penis will not only increase the length but also the thickness.
How do you do Kegel exercises?
The first step is to find the PC muscle. For a beginner it is difficult because it is located between the anus and the testicles.
To find the PC muscle easily I recommend you go to the bathroom and urinate. If you start urinating and stop, you will notice that there is a muscle that is tightening: that is the PC muscle. Another way to locate it is when you have an erection. The muscle that moves the penis without touching it with your hands is the PC muscle.
Contraction and relaxation:
It is a simple but effective exercise. The goal of this exercise is to increase the blood flow to the penis when you have an erection. The more blood that enters the penis, the harder the erection. This exercise won't take up much time and you can do it anywhere because you just have to contract the PC muscle and then release the tension repeatedly, there is no limitation in the number of contractions. In my research what I have been able to find is that the recommended number is 24 contractions multiplied by 5 batches with 5-second breaks between them. A total of 120 contractions in total. If the number of 24 is too long for you at the beginning, try it with batches of 15 and go up little by little.
Penis stretching exercises/
inally, it is also important to perform stretches to lengthen the suspensory ligament of the penis. These are the different methods of stretching.
The method of turning: You have to put your hand by making the OK symbol to hold the glans of the penis. Repeat the operation by moving the penis 5 times clockwise and 5 times counterclockwise.
Stretching and shaking: This method consists of grasping the penis in the same way as in the twisting method (by doing OK with your hand). Once you have moved the stretched penis in all directions hit the penis 15 times against your left leg (by shaking it) and 15 times against the right leg.
Advanced Rotation and Shaking: This method is the combination of the two above. It is an advanced method that you may use once you have the two previous exercises under control. The penis is grasped with the OK sign as in the previous exercises. Then, make the movement of the hands 15 times in each direction and shake the penis 30 times against the left leg and another 30 times against the right leg.
