diagnosis of pregnancy :

• BHCG test qualitative type which show positive or negative 
• BHCG quantitative type which  tells the amount .
• ultrasound to see the sac at  5th week if the test is positive .

quantitative pregnancy test :

• if it is less thant 5 there is no pregnancy .
• if it is between 5 to 20 there is possible pregnancy 
• if it is more than 20 ,sure there is pregnancy 

instructions :

it is difficult to know  this  lil mark of blood only  as sign of pregnancy or period ,both are possible ,so you have to wait othet two days  or do pregnancy test .
