I got stomach pain in my right side stomach and I vomited twice greenish saliva and it's painful is it the appendix or gill bladder problem
Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
Am still in the hospital I got no any medication they only measured the pleasure
Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
I have never experienced such a thing before and I don't have any problems before just for today since 12:40pm

- cause identification and managment .
- if there is gall bladder stons ,cholecystctomy is reqiured
- if there is gall bladder inflammation ,antibiotic is recommended
- if there obstructive juandice ,ERCP is reqiured .
diagnosis of epigastric pain :
- clinical history and medical examination
- abdominal ultrasound
- CBC
- CT scan or mri of the abdmomen
- MRCP
Causes of epigastric pain :
- gall baldder stones
- cholycystitis
- CBD stones
- gastritis
- pancreatitis
