dear doctor ...i have hyperhidrosis and v bad body odour from underarm....i am so much upset...v bad smell coming from my underarm..people r thinking i am not taking shower..everyday i am taking shower...plz help me regarding this matter.

Causes of hyperhidrosis:
There are many possible causes of hyperhidrosis as:- Idiopathic ( there is no known cause )
- Obesity
- Gout
- Tumors
- Diabetes
- Hyperthyroidism
- Stress
- Somes medication
Symptoms of hyperhidrosis :
- Severe sweating
- Bad odur
- Skin irritation
- Stress
- Depression
Treatment of hyperhidrosis :
It depends on the cause, and to decrease symptoms there are different ways as:- Botox injection to block the nerve that trigger the sweat gland
- Surgical interventions to cut the nerve that supply the glands
- Ionphoresis ( electrical shock )
