How can i delay my menstrual date ?

• you can take duphaston 10 mg one tablet every 12 hour  .
• this may leaad to menstrual problem after stopping it .

common method to delay period :

• taking drugs that contain progesterone 10 days before the date 
• one tablet every 12 hour ,if you are overwight or obese take it every 8 hours .

how menstrual cycle occurs ?

• after menses ,ovum start to grow till reach 20 mm size .
• during this period estrogen is secreted and stimulate endometrial growth .
• in midcylce ovuation occurs 
• after ovulation corpus lutuem formed which secretes progsterone .
• progesterone prepare ndometrium for implantation .
• if there is no pregnancy ,CL dies ,no progesterone ,endometrium falls as menses .
• if we rise progesterone ,endometrium will stabalize and menses will be delayed .
