• Use vaginal wash to relieve symptoms
• Take azithromycin 500 mg once daily for three days in addition to metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for 7 days
• Take also fluconazole 150 mg once and repeat the dose after three days.

• Nausea and vomiting

• Bacterial vaginosis
