You can use the following treatment:- Flagyl 500 mg three times daily
- Fluconazole 150 mg once
- Cefuroxine 500 mg twice daily
- Dektazole suppository once daily for three days
Causes of white vaginal discharge:
It is usually caused by fungal infection and there may be bacterail infection also.
Risk factors include:
- Sexual intercourse
- Poor hyiegene
- Too much use of soap and chemicals
Symptoms of vaginal infection:
- Vaginal discharge
- Bad smell
- Lower abdominal pain
- Lower back pain
- Dysuria
