Regarding what you mentioned,  we cannot prescribe medications without doing   a full clinical evaluation of the case because this is considered illegal.

The level of blood glucose which is 300mg /dL  is considered above the normal range, so we have to confirm the diagnosis of the diabetes mellitus by

• Doing a fasting blood glucose FPG .
• Doing  HbA1c which can confirm the diabetes when the result is above 6.5.

How could this condition is treated ?

After confirming the diabetes mellitus , then this condition could be treated by diet, exercise and prescription of medication such as tablets ( metformin ).

What should you do in this case ?

 We advise you to visit your GP  doctor so that the doctor could do a full clinical evaluation of the case in order to confirm / rule out diabetes mellitus   , then he will treat this case accordingly .
