I recommend to do those tests:
In this case WBC of the urine test eill be high also there will be blood cells and bacteria. Add to this if you do urine cultures it will show positive results.
I recommend to use ciprofloxacine 500 twice for 10 days after this you need to repeat urine analysis and to relieve pain I recommend to use analgesic like Ibuprofen 400 or 600 or 800
