• the cycle must be regular 
• subtract 14 from the suspected menstrual day 
• form the result add three once and subtract three once 
• this is the week of ovulation 

example :

• if the next day of ovulation is 14 march 
• subtract 14 the day of ovulation is 28-2
• subtract 3 the result is 25 
• add three the result is 3 -3 
• the week of ovulation is from 25-2 to 3-3 .
