What are the causes for chest pain, and blood coming out of stool?

You told me that there is a chest pain also there is blood coming out from your stool there are couple of differential diagnosis for such a thing first of all because that there is blood coming out of your stool I guess the differential diagnosis for this could include hemorrhoid anal fissure and intestinal inflammation there are also other causes but those are the commonest as for chest pain it could be related to the other symptom or not.
 Chest pain could be due to chest infection cardiac causes or heartburn causes or because of muscular causes

Diagnosis:

Diagnose the cause of a chest pain and bleeding from anus you need to do those tests you need to do chest x-ray ECG and CBC those tests will be used to diagnose cause of chest pain.
