Treatment of foamy urine
It is one of the commonest complain and problem that affect the urine due to many factors and treatment of like condition is by the following
- Foamy urine for days which subsided frequently is due to high protein in your foods or due to urination speed just and this is temporary issue that does not need medical evaluation
- If your foamy urine is still for more time, it may be due to high glucose level thus as your mother family has history of DM you can do glucose test to be sure about your status
- It is better to do kidney function test also urea and Cr to be sure about your kidney status
- You have to increase your fluid intake for at least 3 liters per day
Treatment of ejaculation dysfunction
It is one of the commonest sexual problems due to psychological causes at most cases and treatment is by the following
- Avoid stress and depression as you can
- Get sufficient night sleep for at least 8 hours
- Eat more fruits and vegetables
- Check your glucose level test to exclude DM.
- You can take Viagra 100 mg one hour before sexual contact to increase your desire and ejaculation

Thnks Alot dr for the answer i followed these treatment that you meantio one more i want to answer last night when i get erection suddenly i feel my testosterone (my balls) are cold is it bad or its normal
