My blood sugar is going high from some days after meal 395mgdl or before breakfast 250mgdl I take glimipride 2 mg before breakfast and after breakfast I take metformin 500 mg twice daily plz tell me can I increase glimipride strength

Yes, you can but under strict medical supervision by your doctor to insure the effectiveness of these drugs as in some cases oral hypoglycemic drugs become no longer effective and patients need to shift to insulin therapy.
