Causes of your child symptoms:

According to your description, mostly it is due to viral infection of the upper respiratory tract.
As there is no fever, then it is simple viral infection.

Treatment of upper respiratoy tract infection:

Viral infection usually does not need treatment as it goes away without treatment within 5-7 days, but to relieve symptoms you can give him:

• Paracetamol syryp or suppository
• Antihistamine syrup as chlorpheniramine 2 cc twice daily.

Symptoms of upper respiratoy tract infection:

• Cough
• Mild fever
• Vomitting
• Diarrhea
• Loss of appertite
• High breathing sound
• Sleep disturbance
