I have Purchase property base on payment plan which paid almost 95% Which they have rented the apartment with ought my authority to rent it And the rental paid to them and tell me they have paid in to my payment plan which I have accepted And they said I have to paid or to forfeit my money, which I send mail to my client manager have not aggree Even you want me to pay the balance you have to resolve issues of rental an what is the real amount of rent of the apartment per annum Even what they told me is a hotel apartment investment not for rental a lot and keeping changed managers the moment I complain they change manager the only think is money money is due. I told them I'm not aggree even if let payment they charge Intrest which I been debited direct from payment made to them So what the advice I even sent email inform them will contact a lawyer because the law will take it own course .
