in these cases it's associated with difficulty in breathing, sweeting, shoulder and neck pain
and needs urgent intervention like giving oxygen , antianginal drugs , aspirin , and cardiac cath as needed

chest pain related to musculoskeletal trauma, in these cause the pain is well localized and for long time and relieved by analgesia such as ibuprofen 600mg 3 times daily after meals
