You can apply it twice daily.

Management of white patches on face:

You can use the follwoing treatment:

• Daktazole or miconazole cream twice daily
• Fluconazole 50 mg once daily

Causes of facial white patches:

• Fungal infection
• Pin worm infection
• Milia
• Pityriasis alba
• Vitilligo
• Pityriasis versicolor
• Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis
