Causes of dizziness and vertigo :

there are many causes like :

• cerebellar disease 
• anemia 
• heart faliure 
• carotid stenosis 

Diagnosis of dizziness and vertigo :

to reach the cause you have to see neurologist who will :

• do clinical and medical examination 
• carotid duplex 
• CBC 
• echo 
• brain MRI 

Treatment  of dizziness and vertigo

• treatment is  according to the cause .
• if the cause is due to inner ear disease you can use Betaserc 16 mg three times per day .
• if the cause is due to cardiocascular system  it needs cardiologist consultation .
