Good morning. Im rowena climaco 36 yrs old. Work as housemaid here in al barsha. My concern Doc is about my sputum te 1st it was in october my sputum having lil bit sputum and 2nd this jan.21 after my check up in iran clinic. I was cough in the morning and look my sputum like dark i was confuse and spread it was blood inside. Hope it was normal.

Bloody sputum: blood streaks indicate throat infection, cancer, ulcer or erosions.
Bloody sputum: massive blood indicate tuberculosis or cancer.
Green sputum: indicate long standing infection
Rust color sputum: indicate pneumonia
Brown sputum: indicate chronic bronchitis
Foamy white: indicate pulmonary edema
