I have viral infection and fever what to do?

You need to do CBC and to measure tempreture. if you have high WBC this is infection and you need to take antibiotic.
Viral infection doesn't need antibiotic but if you think this is more serious ot it might deteriorate in this case take antibiotic like ogmentin 500 three times a day for 5 days. Aslo you need to take analgesic to relive pain and fever. You can use cold compression to relive fever.
