Unhealthy food
Over eating
Gastric outlet obstruction
Mal absorption
What are the investigation required?
Upper GIT endoscope
24-hour PH monitoring
Barium meal
Full history taking
What are the red flags that require doctor visiting?
Pain sharp and consistent
Vomiting blood
Difficulty in swallowing
Constipation
Abdominal distention
What is the management?
You need to consult GIT doctor and until then:
Use small frequent meals instead of 2-3 large meals
Avoid spirits , spicy food , smoking , chocolate , tea and soda
Try to avoid eating food rich in oils and fats
Eat fibers as vegetables and fruits
Use omeprazole and antacids

take AINS like Diclo 100 mg twice by day after meal
take anti spasmodic Spasfon twic by day
drink plenty water

I use water every day 2LT and more but one of my kidney is better the 2nd is always pain,can i the medicine you order for me without checking because i'm afraid what cause kidney pain maybe skin cancer??
