- Bed rest
- Apply cold compressors and packs to your head for 20 minutes every 3 hours
- Avoid Anxiety and stress
- Drink enough amout of water from 2-3 liters daily
- Take Analgesic e.g. Trufen 600 twice daily
- Take a hot bath and relax , to releive your pain
- You can apply topical NSTAIDs e.g. Diclophenac gel to your neck

But does it mean when you have a jaw pain it's must be caused by teeth problems because I don't have any tooth pain but jaws pain

Yes there is also a probability that you have infected tooth , but the pain will be more in your jaw rather your neck and
head
