How to treat plantar fasciitis?

This condition result in pain in the morning after waking up from the bed. When you start walking pin will vanish gradually. Management of this condition is by:

• using analgesic like NSAIDs use this for 5 days to one week.
• also you need to use topical analgesic like diclofenec gel
• physiotherapy is mandatory to relieve pain
• some people use special shoes to relieve pain and improve it.
• management also involve local injection of steroid to site of pain
• lastely there is a role for surgery to relieve pain.
