Hi I'm 39 year and meried from six month I devlop nebothian cyst which was confomed by Trans vaginal sonographi somtime I feel pain at back and somtime I feel heaviness on left sid lower umblicus. I want to know is it dangerous becous it's size is 6cm is this can caose infertilty I
