Hi. I want to get pregnant but I m not conceiving. Then I did my hormone test all was normal but my prolactin level is 1366 it's v high. Is it cause to not getting pregnant...what is the best treatment for this

My TSH FSH nd sugar level was normal only my prolactin hormone was high i m upset because of pergnancy is thr any chances of my pergnancy
