Pain and swellin over the previous CS wound:
As the pain an swelling localized above the surgical site, then it is mostly due to the presence of hernia in the surgical site.
Other possible causes:
- Infection
- Hematoma
- Bowel distension
For the right diagnosis, you should visit a surgeon doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:
Abdominal ultrasound
CBC
If hernia is confirmed, then management will be by surgical intervention to repair hernia.
