Hello my dad have a neck problem there is something on his neck this day his very sick I suspect it will be a thyroid am afraid if it will be thyroid cancer because he start vomiting and he can’t swalo right now so what is your sagestion which docto should I take him to see please late me know as soon as possible wen I google I think I should go to endocrinology is it right please and where should I get the best one dairect me please

According to your description of the symptoms that your dad complaining from, i think it is a simple lymph node infection due to upper respiratory tract infection.
You can take your dad to emergency department for clinical examination and investigations for the right diagnosis.
For the treatment of lymph node infection, you can use good antibiotic as levofloxacin 750 mg once daily.
And to relieve pain, you can use ibuprofen 600 mg three times daily.

Thank you so much but what I want to tell u is this things happen just by this week but tha thing in his neck is long time like 25 yea but now it start pine that’s way I ask u if it’s cancer because I don’t know the name on his neck it’s not that much big but it’s a little out u can see with out touching it

It may be infected lipoma or lymph node.
You must visit a surgeon for clinical examination and reassuarance.
