Regarding what you mentioned, the ovulation's day is the 14th day from the first day of the last menstrual cycle.

For example, when the first day of the last menstrual cycle is on 2st January , then the ovulation's day will be on 14th January.

Therefore, it is highly recommended to have a sexual intercourse on the ovulation's day, 2 days after and 2 days before.

What should you do in this case ?
