Doctor, i am 10 days delayed of my period but...
Doctor, i am 10 days delayed of my period but negative in PT. I have a bilateral cyst. One is 3 cms endemetriosis and the other ovary has hemmorhaguc cyst. I had heavy flow of white discharge a week ago but dont have now. I gave symptoms of: PMS, episodes of head ache and dizziness. I was thinking that i am pregnant but im not. Can you give me any answer of all of these please.

you have cysts of your ovaries those might aid in your symptoms. Also you need to put in your mind that those symptoms are not usually due to pregnancy. Hormonal changes might lead to those symptoms. In general I want you to consult a gynecologist to take full history from you. Also I want you to do : CBC, ESR, Bhcg in urine or blood, TSH, FSH, LH, doctor also might request other tests. If you are not pregnant. In this case your doctor might prescribe some drugs that regulate your period and manage symptoms. Also I recommend to use analgesic to relive pain.
