How to manage UTI?

you need to do some tests because your symptoms highlight the disease of UTI or urinary infection so I guess with tests we will be sure if you have urinary infection or we should look for other differential diagnosis. I recommend to do Urine analysis, CBC, ESR, and urine culture.
If there is UTI then I advise you to take antibiotic like:
Ciprofloxacin 50 twice daily for 10 days and then repeat the test again.
If you are pregnant then you should tell us to change medication to ones that won’t hurt the baby
