Doc hello my name is Juan I'm 44 yrs of age I have a bf we had sex when the second day of my end period but we used withdrawal and condum..my cycle is longer is 26 days..once we have sex it's there probably I get pregnant inspite my age I have perform 2 surgery breast fibroids..I take medicine high blood and cholesterol..affect also my fertility??

If you use condom properly in this case it is impossible to be pregnant because this prevent semen from entering to your vagina. If you suspect pregnancy then do pregnancy test. Next time if you suspect that intercourse might cause pregnancy and you don’t want this in this case you can use levonorgestrel 1.25 mg within 3 days of the intercourse to prevent pregnancy.
