Ejection Fraction

1. Manage Your Fluids
2. Exercise Regularly 
3. Take off excess weight
4. Reduce sodium intake
5. Reduce cholesterol and dietary fat consumption
6. Reduce blood pressure
7. Exercise within reasonable limits
8. Use heart medications
