there are many causes of back pain due to infections which are
urinary tract infection including ( kidney, ureter , bladder , urethra )
female vaginitis including ( bacterial , fungal , parasitic )

what lab tests you should do
physical exam
CBC
urine analysis
abdominopelvic ultrasound
treatment of back pain
treatment of the cause , according to the tests results
antibiotic should be considered
rest for at least 48-72 hr
take trofen 600mg three times daily
use diclofen gel 2 times daily
take relaxone tab twice daily for muscle relaxation
