Two month baby have fever and cough please advice...

cough and fever for infant.

Your child is too young and you need to consult a pediatrician as soon as possible because of fever. Also if there is difficult breathing, and respiratory rate is far beyond the acceptable or normal range. Doctor will examine the infant and request CBC, and chest X ray to determine if there is sort of respiratory illness. Also if symptoms are sever, admission  to hospital might be mandatory.  As for now use paracetamole suppository, apply cold compression to decrease high temp. and consult a pediatrician.
